The Beach Club is the heart of our entertainment complex. An informal yet stylish outdoor venue with a modern design, festive atmosphere, and a variety of live entertainment. Guests will be able to enjoy the beautiful beach and our shallow pools uniquely designed for an exceptional beach-lounge experience.

The experience will include live performances from the best DJ’s and bands in Puerto Rico, exquisite cuisine from our beachfront restaurants, and a variety of special drinks. VIP gazebos will be available for guests who want to celebrate special occasions.

VIVO is positioned less than 30 feet from the waves of the award-winning beach of Isla Verde. Guests will be able to enjoy over one mile of pristine beach, perfect sand, and warm seawater temperatures. Isla Verde is one of the few beaches in the Caribbean with Blue Flag ranking. Blue Flag Certifications are awarded by the Foundation of Environmental Education (FEE) when a beach meets the stringent standards of water quality, safety, sand quality and environmental protection.

VIVO’s beachfront restaurants will offer a delightful array of dining choices designed to tempt everyone’s taste buds. With 3 different restaurants serving a variety of local and international cuisine, VIVO will definitely be on the top dining destinations in Puerto Rico. Five bars scattered throughout the complex will keep our guests more than satisfied. Each bar will have its own unique decor and cocktail menu. The diversity, innovation and taste of the food and bar offerings will make customers want to return to the complex over and over again.

Ocean Lab is one of the few micro-breweries in the Caribbean. The facility will have state of the art equipment that will be capable of producing a variety of craft and specialty beers for both in-house consumption and outbound distribution. Our goal is to develop a beer brand that will be offered not only to clientele within the complex, but also to supermarkets, bars, hotels, and international customers via exportation.

The brewery will also serve as an incubator for local home brewers, helping them develop their own beer recipes. This will allow them to showcase their talents and prototype their beers within the complex before deciding to expand.

Brewery Tours

Brewery tours will be offered to show our patrons how our products are made. Detailed explanations of ingredients and processes are offered by our beer experts. The tours include exclusive tasting of specialty beers created with local ingredients and flavors.

VIVO will have several retail concepts including the VIVO Shop and the Ocean Lab Gift Shop, where visitors can buy colorful beachwear, one-of-a-kind jewelry, local crafts, hats and t-shirts. We will also have several special events such as the VIVO Fashion Show, VIVO Art Festival, and VIVO Bazaar.

Our spectacular ocean view will make VIVO’s Convention Center one of the most beautiful sites for any kind of recreational or professional event such as weddings, concerts, conventions, exhibitions, corporate reunions, and proms. The 10,000 sq.ft. convention center will consist of two levels with movable partitions in which we could accommodate activities of up to 2,000 visitors.

Within the convention center, VIVO’s Ballroom and Beachfront Terraces will be available for rent accompanied by exceptional catering and impeccable services. VIVO’s meeting rooms will also be available, equipped with the latest audiovisual technology for presentations and conferences.

VIVO has made many alliances with existing businesses that offer water sports and excursions. These companies will provide our guests with their services, while VIVO’s Concierge Service will arrange reservations and provide pricing information for their activities.
